Hi, I’m Jessica

After years of nagging back pain, unstable hips, and trying every “right” method - from yoga to gym workouts I was still stuck and inconsistent. I wanted strength and mobility, but everything felt like a trade-off.

So I created what I couldn’t find when I became an instructor.

FLEX&FLOW® is the method I wish existed when I felt depleted, unmotivated, and held back. It’s designed for people who are done wasting time on routines that don’t deliver - or that they can’t stick to - and want a smarter way to move: one that gets real results without the rigidity.

With just about two intentional sessions a week, my clients build lean, sculpted strength, unlock lasting mobility, and feel energized - not drained.

  • Yes! The FLEX&FLOW® method is designed to meet you where you are while helping you progress with intention. You’ll receive expert guidance, real-time coaching, and supportive modifications so you can safely build strength, mobility, and confidence—no matter your starting point.

  • No prior experience is necessary. Whether you're new to the method or a regular class participant, this retreat offers layers of learning that benefit all levels. You’ll be guided through each session with clear progressions so you feel supported every step of the way.

  • Absolutely. Many guests attend solo, and this retreat is intentionally designed to foster connection while also allowing for personal space and reflection. You’ll feel welcomed and supported from the moment you arrive.

  • Your retreat includes 4 nights at Schwarzschmied, daily breakfast, 8 FLEX&FLOW® sessions with Jessica, access to the pools, saunas, and full use of the hotel’s tranquil park, Susanne Kaufmann Spa and amenities.

  • Lana is easily accessible by train or car from Bolzano. Bolzano has its own airport with direct flights from Berlin and select other cities—making travel easier than ever. Alternatively, you can arrive via Verona or Innsbruck (each around 1.5–2 hours by train or car). Bolzano is also well-connected by train, and the hotel is just a short train ride away. You can schedule a transfer from Lana station to Schwarzschmied.

  • Comfortable movement clothes, yoga mats and props are provided, a journal, swimwear for the pool/sauna. Layers are recommended, as November weather can vary. We are in Italy so November can be warm and sunny!

  • The schedule is intentionally balanced. You'll have 2 curated 60 min movement sessions daily, plus ample free time to rest, read, explore, or simply soak in the atmosphere of Schwarzschmied. It’s a perfect blend of structure and spaciousness.

  • Yes! If you'd like to extend your stay before or after the retreat, coordinate additional nights directly with the hotel (subject to availability).

  • The La Fucina Restaurant offers vegetarian options, and can accommodate most dietary needs with advance notice. Please include any allergies or restrictions when booking.
