FLEXFORCE 14 wasn’t born in a typical gym or boardroom — it was inspired under the golden Italian sun during a vibrant three-week vacation. Surrounded by pasta, pizza, and endless beach days, I faced a familiar travel challenge: how to stay fit without missing out on life’s pleasures.

Those sun-soaked moments became my playground for experimentation. I explored targeted, efficient movements that could deliver real impact in minimal time.
